We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Female (Western National) to join our team as a QA/QC. The ideal candidate will oversee quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure smooth organizational operations.
JOB Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure product/service quality.
Identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
Document and report quality metrics and improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with production and other departments to enhance quality processes.
Assist in employee engagement, training, and development activities.
Should be locally available in Bahrain and ready for immediate joining.
