Job description:

– Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

– Create and publish job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.

– Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

– Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring manager interviews.

– Perform candidate reference checks and employment verification.

– Ensure recruitment activities comply with Bahrain labor law and company policies.

– Coordinate offer preparation, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.

– Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking records.

– Develop relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks.

– Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics for management review.

– Support HR activities related to employee onboarding and documentation.

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

– 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within Bahrain or the GCC. Freshers also welcomed

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.

– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

– Currently residing in Bahrain.

– Available to join immediately.
