Preferred Experience

* 0–3 years in retail marketing, shopping malls, destination marketing, hospitality, tourism, or commercial event management.

* Proven experience delivering sales-driven marketing campaigns, promotional activations, and retailer engagement initiatives.

* Experience working with sponsorships, commercial partnerships, and tenant marketing.

Retail & Destination Performance

* Achieve footfall and dwell time targets for marketing campaigns.

* Increase tenant participation in marketing initiatives.

* Deliver measurable uplift in tenant sales during key campaigns.

* Increase customer engagement across destination activations.

* Deliver campaigns within approved budgets and timelines.

Real Estate Performance

* Generate qualified marketing leads for residential projects.

* Support achievement of monthly and quarterly real estate sales targets.

* Increase attendance at property launches, broker events, and open houses.

* Improve conversion of marketing-generated enquiries into qualified prospects.

* Enhance awareness and visibility of residential developments through integrated marketing campaigns.

Commercial Performance

* Secure sponsorships and strategic partnerships that contribute to campaign success.

* Increase cross-selling opportunities

* Deliver measurable return on investment (ROI) across all campaigns and activations.

Operational Excellence

* Deliver 100% of assigned campaigns on schedule and within budget.

* Maintain high stakeholder, tenant, and partner satisfaction.

* Submit post-event and campaign performance reports within agreed timelines.

* Ensure all activations comply with brand standards, operational requirements, and safety regulations.
