In this role, you will be the face of our beauty counter, providing exceptional customer service, sharing expert product knowledge, and driving sales through personalized consultations. If you have a proven track record in retail sales and a deep love for makeup and cosmetics, we want to hear from you!

*Key Responsibilities:

-Customer Engagement: Welcome customers warmly, understand their beauty needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.

-Sales & Targets: Achieve and exceed daily/monthly sales targets through active selling and upselling techniques.

-Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on beauty trends, product ingredients, and application techniques to answer client queries confidently.

-Demonstrations: Perform mini-makeovers or product demonstrations to showcase the quality and application of our cosmetics.

-Merchandising & Inventory: Ensure the beauty counter is clean, beautifully organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times.

*Requirements & Qualifications:

-Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or Consultant in the cosmetics, makeup, or luxury beauty retail industry is highly preferred.

-Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with clients.

-Passion: A strong interest in skincare, makeup artistry, and the overall beauty industry.

-Professionalism: Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

-Flexibility: Ability to work retail hours, including weekends or shifts.
