Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in digital marketing, performance advertising, campaign management, and content creation, with a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage the company’s digital marketing strategy.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including:

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

TikTok

Snapchat

Google Ads

Other relevant digital advertising platforms

Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.

Lead and oversee content creation for digital marketing channels, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.

Work closely with the creative and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of advertising spend.

Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging digital marketing tools, and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing and performance marketing.

Extensive hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.

Strong knowledge of content creation, content strategy, and social media marketing.

Experience with marketing analytics, reporting, and campaign optimization.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

CIDM (Certified International Digital Marketing Professional) certification is required.

Candidate Profile

Age: 30–40 years (maximum 43 years).

Male.

Highly creative, analytical, and results-oriented.

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
