We are looking for an experienced Agricultural Engineer / Landscaping Supervisor to join our team in Bahrain.

This position is suitable for someone with real hands-on experience in landscaping projects, villa gardens, nurseries, irrigation systems, planting works, and site supervision. This is not an office-only engineering role. The candidate must be able to work on-site, supervise workers, deal with clients professionally, and solve practical landscaping and irrigation problems.

Job Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing and supervising landscaping and agricultural projects on-site

• Supervising workers and distributing daily tasks

• Handling planting, soil preparation, fertilization, irrigation, and maintenance work

• Selecting suitable indoor and outdoor plants for Bahrain’s climate

• Inspecting plants for pests, diseases, yellowing, weakness, or poor growth and recommending treatment

• Preparing irrigation and fertilization schedules

• Designing, installing, checking, and maintaining irrigation systems

• Dealing with drip irrigation, sprinklers, valves, controllers, filters, pumps, pipes, fittings, and irrigation lines

• Reading site drawings and irrigation layouts

• Following up with clients, villas, companies, and project owners professionally

• Preparing daily reports and documenting site progress using mobile applications

• Ensuring work quality and making sure site execution matches the agreed plan and specifications

Required Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in landscaping, agriculture, nurseries, irrigation, or garden maintenance

• Strong experience in villa landscaping projects is very important

• Experience with hotels, compounds, commercial projects, or outdoor landscaping projects is preferred

• Experience in irrigation installation and maintenance is required

• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is preferred

• Experience supervising workers on-site

Must be able to show photos, drawings, or proof of previous landscaping projects

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of plants suitable for Bahrain’s weather

• Ability to choose plants based on sunlight, soil type, location, and watering needs

• Good understanding of soil preparation, planting methods, fertilization, and irrigation

• Ability to identify irrigation problems and fix blocked drippers, leaks, weak water pressure, or system faults

• Ability to handle urgent site situations and worker shortages

• Ability to work outdoors and tolerate Bahrain’s weather conditions

• Good communication skills

• Professional appearance and attitude when dealing with clients

• English language is required

• Arabic language is an advantage

Important Requirements:

• Valid Bahraini driving license is mandatory

• Flexible visa is preferred

• Private car is an advantage

• Candidate must be willing to work on-site and assist with related work when needed

• Candidate must be organized, serious, presentable, and able to manage workers

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: BD 220 per month

Package includes accommodation and transportation

Visa may be provided after a successful 3-month trial period, if required
