🏗️ About the Opportunity

We are supporting a major international manufacturing organization engaged in a strategic, high‑precision production program requiring experienced Quality Inspectors to strengthen their in‑process and final inspection activities.

The project requires strengthening the inspection team, with multiple positions planned for a structured engagement period that may be continued based on operational requirements. The assignment follows a standard industrial work pattern, and selected candidates will also support factory‑level acceptance activities as part of the role.

This role offers exposure to a large‑scale, technically demanding industrial environment, ideal for professionals seeking stability and long‑term growth.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Perform in‑process and stage‑wise inspections as per Quality Check Sheets / ITPs.

Enter inspection results and quality data in the Power BI Quality Application.

Coordinate with ANDON Engineer / Process Owners / Quality Engineers for RCA and defect reduction.

Manage daily inspection workload and maintain quality deviation records.

Raise ANDON alerts for defects and support structured problem‑solving.

Escalate recurrent or critical rejections to the Quality Engineer.

Participate in quality data visualization reviews and corrective/preventive action discussions.

📘 Required Skills & Competencies

Proficient in measuring instruments.

Ability to read & interpret 2D engineering drawings.

Strong English communication (reading/writing).

Knowledge of inspection processes, documentation, and reporting.

Good decision‑making ability.

🎓 Education & Experience

Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field.

2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
