We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated candidate for the position of HR Executive at our company.

The role will involve a variety of Human Resources responsibilities, including but not limited to:

– Maintaining and updating employee records and personnel files.

– Processing and coordinating work visas, residency permits, and other immigration-related requirements for expatriate employees.

– Managing annual leave records, attendance records, and employee documentation.

– Assisting with recruitment activities, onboarding, and employee orientation.

– Coordinating employee insurance, contract renewals, and HR correspondence.

– Ensuring compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and company policies.

– Supporting employee relations and handling day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

As our workforce includes a number of expatriate employees, we are particularly interested in candidates who are comfortable working in a multicultural environment and possess good knowledge of Bahrain’s labour regulations, immigration procedures, visa processing requirements, and HR best practices.
