🚨 WE ARE HIRING – Movement Manager (Equipment Movement & Maintenance) 🚨

We are looking for an experienced Movement Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

📍 Position:

Movement Manager (Equipment Movement & Maintenance)

✅ Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in equipment movement and maintenance within the contracting field.

Proven experience in managing heavy equipment for construction and infrastructure projects.

Saudi Arabia experience is highly preferred.

🎓 Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in fleet management or maintenance are an advantage.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise the movement of heavy equipment between project sites.

Manage equipment utilization to ensure maximum operational efficiency.

Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Monitor equipment availability, performance, and maintenance schedules.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and logistics teams to meet project requirements.

Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE regulations, and client requirements.

Maintain accurate records of equipment movement, maintenance, inspections, and utilization.

Optimize fleet operations while minimizing downtime and operational costs.

Lead and supervise equipment operators, drivers, and maintenance teams.

Prepare operational reports and recommend continuous improvements.

📌 General Requirements:

Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operations, maintenance planning, and fleet management.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent leadership, coordination, and organizational skills.

Fluent in English (Reading, Writing & Speaking).
