**About the Role**

We are looking for a Senior Integration Engineer to support the implementation of an enterprise AI voice and AI agent solution.

The role will focus on integrating AI voice agents with existing enterprise systems, backend services, APIs, databases and third-party platforms. The successful candidate should be comfortable working across different systems and independently troubleshooting complex integration issues.

This is an opportunity to work on a major technology project for one of the world’s largest companies.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Design and implement integrations between AI voice agents and enterprise systems.

• Integrate speech-to-text, text-to-speech, large language models and backend services.

• Build and maintain REST API, WebSocket and real-time communication integrations.

• Connect AI agents with CRM, ERP, ticketing, customer-service and internal business systems.

• Manage API authentication, data mapping, error handling and system communication.

• Troubleshoot integration, networking and application issues.

• Coordinate with backend developers, QA engineers and customer technical teams.

• Support testing, user acceptance testing, deployment and production rollout.

• Create technical documentation, API specifications and integration diagrams.

• Take ownership of assigned integrations and provide technical guidance where required.

**Required Experience and Skills**

• Minimum three years of professional experience in software engineering, systems integration or a similar role.

• Strong experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, JSON and authentication.

• Experience integrating multiple applications, services and backend systems.

• Experience with Java, Node.js, Python or another backend programming language.

• Good understanding of databases, networking and enterprise architecture.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in a project-based environment.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

**Preferred Experience**

• Experience with AI voice agents, conversational AI or AI call-centre solutions.

• Familiarity with speech-to-text, text-to-speech and large language models.

• Experience with SAP, CRM platforms, middleware, WebLogic or other enterprise systems.

• Experience with on-premise and cloud deployments.

• Experience with real-time voice or communication applications.

**Contract and Visa Information**

The position is initially offered on a three-month contractual basis. The project may be extended to six months, with the possibility of the role becoming a full-time position.

For eligible candidates based outside Saudi Arabia, the company can assist with business visa processing for the project. Please note that Iqama sponsorship or Iqama transfer is not available.

Candidates who are available to join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
