Job Description – Accountant

Job Title: Accountant

Required Nationality: Indian

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Manage and monitor all daily accounting operations accurately and professionally.
* Prepare accounting entries and monthly and annual financial reports.
* Review and audit invoices, expenses, and revenues to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
* Conduct internal audits, identify any errors or discrepancies, and resolve them promptly.
* Monitor bank accounts and perform regular bank reconciliations.
* Prepare and analyze financial reports and provide recommendations to management to improve financial performance and reduce costs.
* Negotiate with suppliers and companies to obtain the best prices, offers, and commercial terms.
* Continuously search for alternative suppliers and companies that offer higher quality or lower prices to serve the company’s best interests.
* Monitor expenses and work on finding solutions to reduce costs without affecting work quality.
* Follow up on accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely collection of dues and settlement of obligations.
* Cooperate with different departments to ensure compliance with financial procedures.
* Use accounting systems and software efficiently and prepare the reports required by management.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in accounting and financial auditing.
* Strong experience in financial data analysis and report preparation.
* High skills in auditing and detecting financial errors.
* Excellent ability to negotiate with suppliers and companies and secure the best deals.
* Strong research and comparison skills to identify the best suppliers with the highest quality at the lowest cost.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
* Accuracy, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
