### Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, proactive, and dual-skilled Marketing & Business Development Executive to accelerate the growth of Knockout Gym & Nutrition. This role combines dynamic on-the-floor member engagement with a high-volume digital content strategy and active sales generation. The ideal candidate will build a thriving community on the gym floor while translating that energy into a powerful online presence.

Note: To ensure complete focus on our members and operational duties, personal training and self-workouts must be conducted strictly outside of official duty hours.

### Core Responsibilities

### 1. Member Engagement & Floor Presence

* *Active Floor Mapping:* Spend significant daily time on the gym floor building rapport, motivating members, and cultivating a high-energy environment.

* *Inclusion & Retention Support:* Actively identify and approach newer, quiet, or “shy” members to check on their progress, ensure they feel comfortable, and assist them in integrating into the gym community.

* *Motivation & Community:* Act as a primary point of floor motivation, gathering feedback and ensuring member satisfaction remains high.

### 2. High-Volume Content Creation & Social Media

* *Daily Video Production:* Capture and produce a minimum of *10 short-form videos per day* (Reels, TikToks, Stories) featuring real-time gym energy, member workouts, and daily atmosphere.

* *Member Tagging Matrix:* Film members during workouts (with their consent), tag their personal accounts, and tag the gym profile to drive organic word-of-mouth and viral reach.

* *Daily Content Deliverables:* Create and publish *5 additional pieces of daily content* (educational posts, graphics, text updates, interactive polls, or nutrition tips).

* *Community Management:* Manage the gym’s social media platforms, write high-converting captions, and respond promptly to direct messages and comments.

### 3. Sales, Upselling & Transformations

* *Transformation Packages:* Proactively consult with existing and new members to pitch comprehensive transformation programs, guiding them toward long-term commitments.

* *Tailored PT Upselling:* Identify members who require specialized guidance and confidently pitch customized, one-on-one Personal Training (PT) packages tailored to their individual goals.

* *Nutritional Cross-Selling:* Leverage the gym’s nutrition vertical by recommending and upselling supplements, protein products, and tailored diet plans during goal assessments on the floor.

### 4. Local Marketing & Directory Growth

* *Ground Marketing:* Execute local lead generation campaigns, including the targeted distribution of gym flyers and promotional materials.

* *Digital Directories:* Maintain and optimize the gym’s presence across local online directories, classified platforms, Google Business Profile, and Facebook Places to ensure maximum local search visibility.

### 5. Events & Community Activation

* *Event Coordination:* Conceptualize, organize, and host monthly internal fitness events and competitive games (e.g., Bench Press Challenges, Tug-of-War, Deadlift PR Days, and sports games) to maximize member engagement and retention.

### 6. Advanced Business Development & Retention

* *Corporate Partnerships (B2B):* Dedicate scheduled weekly hours to outreach, pitching, and securing corporate membership packages with local businesses and organizations in Bahrain.

* *Testimonial Harvesting:* Conduct casual video interviews with members undergoing transformations to capture authentic success stories and review content for marketing use.

* *Retention Tracking:* Monitor member attendance data weekly; proactively reach out via WhatsApp or phone to members who have been inactive for 10+ days to encourage their return.

* *WhatsApp Community Management:* Build and manage an exclusive broadcast or community channel for Knockout members to distribute daily motivation, flash sales on PT, and instant event announcements.

### Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Consistent output of 10 videos and 5 content pieces daily.

* Monthly targets for converted PT packages and Transformation sign-ups.

* Successful execution of at least one major community event or challenge per month.

* Growth in local corporate memberships and digital directory inquiries.
