At ALFA Company, our Technical Office is where engineering precision meets advanced BIM technology. We are currently expanding our team and seeking tech-forward engineers with up to 5 years of experience to drive our design coordination and shop drawing production.

🎯 Open Technical Office Positions
• Structural Engineer (Revit Reinforcement)
Responsible for creating highly accurate 3D reinforcement models in Revit and generating detailed structural shop drawings.
• Electrical Engineer
Focused on the technical coordination, routing, and production of comprehensive electrical shop drawings (power, lighting, and low-current systems), ensuring full integration with all other disciplines.
• Mechanical Engineer (HVAC)
Responsible for the drafting, sizing, and coordination of HVAC systems.plumbing,fire systems You will produce detailed mechanical shop drawings and coordinate complex ductwork and piping networks to ensure clash-free installations.
📋 Required Qualifications
Experience:
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a Technical Office or BIM-focused engineering role.
Technical & Software Proficiency:
• Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC): Highly proficient in navigating ACC for cloud-based collaboration, document management, model sharing, and issue tracking.
• BIM (Building Information Modeling): Strong capability in utilizing BIM workflows to coordinate, classify, and manage accurate project data and 3D models throughout the project lifecycle.
Revit & AutoCAD: High-level proficiency in Revit for your specific discipline (especially structural detailing for the Structural Engineer role) and AutoCAD for standard 2D deliverables
