Job Purpose
Train, evaluate, and develop drivers to ensure safe driving practices, compliance with traffic regulations and company policies, and improved operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct induction and refresher training for drivers.
Assess drivers through practical and theoretical evaluations.
Train drivers on defensive driving, road safety, and company procedures.
Monitor driver performance and provide coaching.
Maintain training records and prepare evaluation reports.
Promote compliance with safety standards and operational requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in driver training or fleet operations.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong communication and training skills.
