We are seeking an experienced Safety Officer approved by Saudi Aramco to join our project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco safety standards, conducting site inspections, identifying hazards, preparing safety reports, leading toolbox talks, and promoting a strong safety culture at the worksite.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco HSE requirements and project safety regulations.

Conduct daily site safety inspections and risk assessments.

Monitor work activities and enforce safe work practices.

Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and prepare reports.

Conduct toolbox meetings and safety awareness training.

Verify permits, safety equipment, and emergency preparedness requirements.

Coordinate with project management and client representatives regarding safety matters.

Requirements:

Valid Saudi Aramco Safety Officer Approval.

Relevant HSE qualifications and certifications.

Experience in construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco safety procedures and standards.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Employment Terms:

This position is offered under the Ajeer Contract only.

No sponsorship transfer (No Iqama Transfer / No Kafala Transfer) is required or offered.

The employee will remain under his current sponsor and will work legally through the Ajeer system.

Monthly salary and benefits will be discussed with qualified candidates.
