We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Female Training Events Coordinator to join our team at a leading equestrian club.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES –

Coordinate and manage daily riding lessons and training schedules.

Handle client bookings, registrations, and inquiries.

Communicate with riders, parents, and coaches to ensure smooth daily operations.

Manage lesson schedules and maintain accurate booking records.

Provide excellent customer service and administrative support.

Assist with the coordination of training activities and events.

REQUIREMENTS –

Previous experience in customer service, administration, or coordination.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Good command of English and Arabic.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.

Interest or experience in the equestrian industry is a plus.

PREFERRED CANDIDATES –

Female candidates.

Native or fluent Arabic speakers.

Preferred candidates from Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Morocco, Egypt, Eritrea, or Ethiopia with native or fluent Arabic language skills.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS –

Salary: SAR 3,000 – 4,000
