Beautician Staff Requirements
– Minimum high school or equivalent qualification.
– Professional beautician or cosmetology certification.
– 1–3 years of salon or spa experience (preferred).
– Knowledge of facials, waxing, threading, manicure, pedicure, and basic skincare.
– Hair styling and makeup skills are an advantage.
– Good communication and customer service skills.
– Neat appearance and professional grooming.
– Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
– Teamwork and positive attitude.
– Basic English communication (additional languages are a plus).
– Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
