looking for a kitchen helper for restaurant in saar Bahrain

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Wash, peel, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients.

* Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation.

* Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.

* Clean and sanitize kitchen work areas, floors, and storage areas.

* Receive, unpack, and store food supplies and kitchen inventory.

* Dispose of waste and maintain proper recycling and garbage procedures.

* Refill kitchen supplies and ensure ingredients are available when needed.

* Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.

* Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.

* Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.

* Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.

* Team player with a positive attitude.

* Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.

* Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
