Hiring: Experienced Pastry Chef for Chocolate Cafe

We are looking for a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. If you have a passion for creating high-quality desserts, working with chocolate, and can maintain high standards in a busy kitchen, we want you!

Menu & Preparation Skills
• Specialties: Proven ability to bake and prepare high-quality cakes and cheesecakes.
• Quality Control: Ability to strictly follow our provided recipes and maintain our specific brand standards for all items.
Equipment Proficiency
• Baking Equipment: Expert knowledge of operating conduction ovens.
• Kitchen Machinery: Full competence in using commercial kitchen equipment, including large planetary mixers, blenders, and standard pastry tools.

Core Requirements
• Experience: Previous experience as a Pastry Chef is strictly required.
• Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Working Hours & Schedule
• Shift Structure: 9-hour total shift (8 hours of actual work + 1 hour break).
• Schedule: 1 day off per week.
