Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team in Jubail. The ideal candidate should have a background in accounting and be capable of handling day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Record and maintain financial transactions accurately.

Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Reconcile bank statements and company records.

Maintain accounting files and documentation.

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.

Enter accounting data into ERP or accounting software.

Support the finance team with general administrative tasks.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Good organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Must be available for local hiring in Jubail.

Nationality Preference: Indian and Bangladeshi candidates only.

Salary: SAR 2,300–2,500 per month (based on experience).
