Role: Client Design Consultant / Outdoor Sales Consultant

Job Summary

Mint is looking for a confident, client-facing person to meet homeowners, understand their outdoor space requirements, visit sites, create simple design concepts, and help turn inquiries into signed proposals.

This role is suitable for someone with experience in sales, interior design, landscape design, fit-out, furniture/showroom sales, or outdoor project sales.

You do not need to be a senior architect, but you must be able to speak well with clients, understand their taste, follow up properly, and present ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

Meet clients and understand their requirements, budget, and style.

Visit villas/homes and take photos, videos, measurements, and site notes.

Create simple visual concepts using references, moodboards, Canva, SketchUp, AI tools, or similar.

Present ideas and proposals to clients.

Follow up with leads and help close projects.

Coordinate with the Mint team to prepare clear project scopes and proposals.

Make sure agreed details are clearly handed over before work starts.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in sales, design, fit-out, furniture, landscape, architecture, or a client-facing role.

Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Good taste and ability to understand client preferences.

Comfortable with site visits and meeting homeowners.

Able to create or help prepare simple visual presentations.

English required. Arabic is a plus.

Must be based in Bahrain.

Bahrain driving license preferred.

Male or female, any nationality.
