About the Role

City Point Hotel is seeking hardworking, detail-oriented, and reliable Housekeeping Staff to join our team. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. You will ensure that our guest rooms, corridors, and public areas are pristine, welcoming, and comfortable at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Room Cleaning: Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum guest rooms and suites according to hotel standards.

• Bed & Linen Management: Change bed linens, make beds perfectly, and replace used towels.

• Bathroom Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and disinfect bathrooms, replenishing guest amenities (soaps, shampoos, etc.).

• Public Areas: Maintain cleanliness in hotel corridors, lobbies, and other designated public spaces.

• Restocking: Replenish housekeeping carts with fresh supplies, linens, and amenities at the start and end of each shift.

• Reporting: Promptly report any room damages, maintenance issues, or lost-and-found items to the supervisor.

• Guest Service: Respond to guest requests politely and efficiently, ensuring a warm and professional demeanor.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Housekeeper, Room Attendant, or similar role in the hospitality industry is highly preferred.

• Skills: Strong attention to detail, stamina to handle physical workloads, and excellent time-management skills.

• Communication: Basic proficiency in English to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

• Flexibility: Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on hotel occupancy.

• Attitude: A positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
