– Assesses training needs and develops a strategic plan to bridge all quality, service and loyalty gaps.
– Creates, manages and manages the Group’s annual training and development plan in line with company requirements.
– Supports senior leadership in change management initiatives and influencing culture to achieve strategic goals.
– Responsible for leadership, supervisory development and staff evaluation
Requirements
- QA/QC trainer experience
