Senor Storekeeper Requirements:

Job Summary

The Senior Storekeeper is responsible for managing warehouse/ Laydown Area and store operations within KKRU projects, including Civil and MEP materials. This role ensures accurate inventory control, efficient handling of inbound and outbound materials, and on hand Experience in ERP systems. The position requires a proactive, independent individual with strong leadership skills to manage a small team and ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and recording materials.

• Control and monitor inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate material flow.

• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems (mandatory requirement).

• Conduct regular inventory counts and stock audits (cycle counts and full physical inventory).

• Ensure proper storage conditions for materials in compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Supervise and lead a small warehouse team, ensuring productivity and discipline.

• Coordinate with site engineers, Project procurement team

• Prepare and maintain documentation such as GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), delivery notes, and material issue vouchers etc..

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess materials, and slow-moving items.

• Ensure compliance with company policies related to storage and material handling.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Storekeeper in Construction Industry (Civil & MEP) within Saudi Arabia.

• Proven experience in Saudi market

• ERP system experience is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of construction materials (Civil & MEP items).

• Bilingual: English and /or Arabic (both preferred). Urdu is a Plus

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in inventory management.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

⚠️ Important Requirement:

This is a supplier-based position with a competitive salary package.

Iqama transfer is not available. Contract will be through Ajeer.
