• One year training in a similar clinical environment.
• At least one-year professional experience in healthcare.
• Communicating with doctors, nurses, personnel about patient condition.
• Understand local healthcare standards and regulation.
• Evaluating the mental, emotional and physical status of patients.
• Ensure that patients are adhering to treatment plan and medical recommendations.
• Strong team approach and ability to connect with the team members
• Participate in KPI meetings.
• Presentation skill, ability to set priorities and take decisions.
• Ability to evaluate the economic impact of decisions.
• Maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
• Understand local healthcare standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Academic degree, with a valid practice license.
- Experience in Healthcare Sector
- Candidate should be registered with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialist.
- Communication skills
- Strong Computer Skills
