Job Summary
The HR & Administration Officer will be responsible for managing all human resources and administrative functions of the company, ensuring full compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and government regulations. The role requires strong experience in handling government entities such as LMRA, GOSI, TAMKEEN, and MOL, as well as overseeing employee affairs and general administration.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Human Resources Duties
Manage all employee lifecycle processes (recruitment, onboarding, contracts, renewals, terminations).
Ensure full compliance with Bahrain Labour Law.
Prepare and manage employment contracts and HR documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR files.
Handle leave management, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Manage employee relations and disciplinary procedures.
✅ Government Relations
Handle all transactions related to:
LMRA (visa applications, renewals, cancellations, work permits)
GOSI (employee registration, updates, contributions)
TAMKEEN (program applications, follow-ups, claims)
MOL / Ministry of Labour
Ensure company compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with government authorities as needed.
✅ Administration Duties
Oversee general office administration.
Manage company documentation and official correspondence.
Coordinate renewals of CR, licenses, and other official documents.
Support management with administrative reporting.
Maintain company records and compliance documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR & Administration in Bahrain.
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law.
Proven experience dealing with LMRA, GOSI, TAMKEEN, and MOL.
Excellent knowledge of HR procedures and government portals.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
