– Project Manager – Contracting Manager
– The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, or project team members.
Responsibilities:
– Set project timeline.
– Monitor project deliverables.
– Update and report the project progress.
– Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them.
– Review the drawings.
– Manage all contracting work.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree of Architect, with not less than 10 years of experience
– Strong in project planning and management
– Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
– Seniority Level
– Entry level
