We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Design and Build /Interior fit-out industry ID Draughtsman-Fit out to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an ID Draughtsman, you will play a crucial role in translating design concepts into detailed technical drawings and plans. Your expertise in interior fit-out or Interior Designing drafting and your proficiency in industry-standard software will contribute to the successful execution of our projects and the delivery of exceptional interior spaces.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to understand design requirements and project objectives.

· Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans for interior fit-out or construction projects, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed joinery drawings.

· Create accurate and precise drawings, ensuring compliance with design standards, building codes, and project specifications.

· Coordinate with other drafting team members and consultants to ensure alignment and coordination of various disciplines.

· Generate material take-offs and schedules to facilitate procurement and construction activities.

· Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant drafting tools to create high-quality drawings and plans.

· Maintain organized and up-to-date drawing files and documentation for easy retrieval and reference.

· Communicate effectively with project team members to resolve any design or coordination issues that arise during the drafting process.

· Collaborate with the project team to meet project deadlines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

· Assist in the preparation of presentations and visuals to support design proposals and project documentation.

Job Requirements:

· Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

· Having more than 5 years of professional experience as an ID Draughtsman in a Design and Build /Interior fit-out industry in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

· Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD or similar programs.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in producing technical drawings.

erages(F&B) such as Restaurants, Café and Retail Shops an advantage.

· Knowledge of 3D modeling software, such as SketchUp or Revit, is an advantage.

· Fluency in both written and spoken English. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
