Job Responsibilities:

• Manage customer enquiries from receipt until order closure • Register, track, and update customer enquiries and opportunities • Coordinate with Sales Engineers for technical and commercial requirements • Prepare quotations and ensure timely follow-up with customers • Support sales team in achieving business targets • Maintain customer relationships and support repeat business • Handle customer communication and internal coordination • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and updates • Maintain proper sales records and documentation

Requirements:

• 2–4 years experience in B2B / industrial sales coordination • Saudi market experience preferred • Experience in industrial trading, engineering products, MRO supplies, or technical sales support is an advantage • Strong follow-up, communication, and coordination skills • Good Excel and reporting skills • CRM / ERP knowledge preferred (Odoo experience is an advantage) • English required, Arabic preferred, Hindi is an advantage

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Marketing or related field preferred.

Immediate joiners preferred.
