Location: Waltons Confectionery, Saar, Bahrain

Waltons Confectionery is looking for a passionate and experienced Baker to join our growing team. We specialise in premium, health conscious products, including gluten free, plant based, refined sugar free breads, pastries, cakes and desserts.

Responsibilities

* Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, cookies and other baked goods to a consistently high standard.

* Follow and accurately execute recipes and production schedules.

* Assist with recipe development and product innovation.

* Ensure all products meet Waltons’ quality and presentation standards.

* Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic work environment.

* Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.

* Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a professional baker.

* Experience with artisan breads, cakes and pastries is preferred.

* Experience with gluten free and plant based baking is an advantage.

* Strong attention to detail and consistency.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.

* Reliable, responsible and punctual.

* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
