Purpose: Ensure reliable operation of all foundry equipment and utilities through effective maintenance planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance.
– Minimize equipment downtime and production interruptions.
– Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
– Manage maintenance staff, contractors, and spare parts.
– Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
– Maintain maintenance records and reports.
Requirements:
– Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
– Relevant foundry or industrial maintenance experience.
– Strong technical and leadership skills.
