We’re Hiring: Social Media & Marketing Manager

Empire Jewellery is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our digital presence and brand growth.

We are not looking for someone to simply post content. We need someone who can build and execute a complete social media and marketing strategy that drives engagement, brand awareness, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across all platforms

* Create monthly content plans and marketing campaigns

* Plan, direct, and manage photo and video shoots for jewellery collections

* Create engaging reels, stories, posts, and promotional content

* Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms

* Write compelling captions and marketing copy

* Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)

* Analyze performance metrics and provide growth reports

* Build brand awareness and attract new customers through creative marketing initiatives

* Coordinate with photographers, designers, influencers, and content creators when needed

* Stay updated on social media trends and identify new growth opportunities

Requirements:

* Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing

* Strong content creation and storytelling skills

* Experience with social media advertising and campaign management

* Ability to plan and execute marketing strategies independently

* Knowledge of photography, videography, and content production is a plus

* Experience working with luxury, fashion, beauty, or jewellery brands is highly preferred

* Creative mindset with strong organizational and communication skills
