🏡 Full-Time Domestic lady Worker Needed – East Hidd, Bahrain

We are looking for a trustworthy, organized, and hardworking Domestic Worker to join our family home in East Hidd, Bahrain.

📍 About the Home

Our home is located in the government housing area of East Hidd. It is a comfortable family residence of moderate size and consists of:

Ground Floor

• Living room

• Majlis (guest sitting room)

• Bathroom

• Kitchen

First Floor

• 4 bedrooms

• 4 bathrooms

Second Floor

• Private room for the worker

• Private bathroom

• Laundry room

• Family storage room

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 About the Family

We are a family of four:

• Father

• Mother

• Two children

Please note: Childcare is not part of the job responsibilities. The role is focused on supporting the household and maintaining the home.

📝 Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

✅ General housekeeping and maintaining a clean, organized home

✅ Daily cleaning and periodic deep cleaning of all areas of the house

✅ Laundry, ironing, and garment care

✅ Organizing and preparing clothing as needed

✅ Assisting with the daily household routine and family needs

✅ Cooking and meal preparation

✅ Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and household management

🍳 Cooking Requirements

Experience with Arabic cuisine is not essential. However, the ideal candidate should:

• Be comfortable preparing meals

• Have basic cooking skills

• Be willing to learn new recipes and cooking styles

• Have a positive attitude toward developing her cooking abilities

💰 Salary & Visa Options

Option 1 – Employer Sponsorship

If the worker transfers her sponsorship and is registered as a Domestic Worker under the employer’s name through LMRA:

💵 Salary: 130 BHD per month

The employer will cover all sponsorship transfer and registration costs.

Option 2 – Flexible Visa

If the worker holds a valid Flexible Visa and maintains her own residency and related expenses:

💵 Salary: 150 BHD per month

🔄 We are open to starting employment under a Flexible Visa arrangement to ensure that both parties are comfortable with the working relationship. If everything goes well, sponsorship may later be transferred to the employer’s name, with salary adjusted accordingly.

✔ Currently residing in Bahrain

✔ Previous experience working with Bahraini or Gulf families is preferred

✔ Honest, reliable, and respectful

✔ Clean, organized, and detail-oriented

✔ Willing to learn and adapt

✔ Able to manage household responsibilities efficiently
