Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience – headhunding , sourcing , multiple channel recruitment exp
Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
Experience coordinating interviews and hiring processes
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of recruitment platforms and hiring tools
