URGENT HIRING – DOCUMENT CONTROLLER (FEMALE)

📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

💼 Position: Document Controller – Sales Department

👩 Gender: Female

🌎 Nationality: Filipino

💰 Salary: SAR 3,000 – 4,000 per month

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

The Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, tracking, and maintaining all sales-related documents and records. The role ensures that documents are accurate, up-to-date, properly filed, and easily accessible to support sales operations and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and organize sales documents, including quotations, contracts, purchase orders, proposals, and correspondence.

Control document issuance, revision, distribution, and archiving according to company procedures.

Ensure all sales documentation is complete, accurate, and properly approved before distribution.

Track document versions and maintain document registers.

Coordinate with sales staff, customers, and other departments regarding document submissions and updates.

Prepare reports on document status, outstanding approvals, and document control activities.

Manage electronic and physical filing systems.

Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive sales information.

Support audits by providing required documentation and records.

Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and administrative documents when required.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in document control, administration, or sales support.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Experience with Document Management Systems (DMS) is preferred.

Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
