AK Riyadh Park Shopping Complex is seeking experienced and qualified professionals to join our team for the operation and maintenance of our commercial development.

1. HVAC Engineer

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HVAC systems for shopping malls, commercial buildings, mixed-use developments, or large facilities.

Strong knowledge of HVAC design, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Familiarity with Saudi building codes and safety regulations.

Excellent communication and project coordination skills.

2. HVAC Supervisor

Requirements:

Diploma or Technical Certification in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in HVAC installation, operation, and maintenance.

Experience managing HVAC technicians and subcontractors.

Ability to supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
