We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Male Restaurant General Manager to lead our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations inside the American Camp, Djibouti. If you have strong leadership skills, excellent operational knowledge, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we invite you to join our team.

Qualifications:

• Male, preferably a College Graduate in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager, preferably in a fast food or QSR environment

• Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills

• Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices, inventory control, and cost management

• Ability to oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, training, and performance management

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work under pressure

• Must have good moral character and a strong work ethic
