Caterworld WLL is actively seeking a dynamic, motivated Sales Executive to serve as a vital representative of our esteemed company. In this key role, the Sales Executive will guide customers seamlessly through the sales process, from their initial introduction to the finalisation of their purchase. This position requires a proactive approach in strengthening relationships with our current customers while also identifying and converting new clients into loyal, repeat customers. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of our product offerings, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. By building rapport and trust, the Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction, all while fostering a positive brand image in the market.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a warm, approachable manner and genuine enthusiasm for connecting with customers and effectively addressing their concerns. This role involves not only managing sales operations but also proactively overseeing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability. You will be required to establish and maintain strong communication channels with both suppliers and clients to facilitate seamless interactions and foster long-term partnerships. Additionally, you will play a critical role in streamlining processes to maintain an efficient and organised workflow within the team. Your ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities will significantly contribute to the department’s overall success.

Responsibilities:

Building a business by identifying and selling prospects

Maintaining relationships with clients

Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Welcoming customers and answering queries confidently

Providing support, information, and guidance to customers

Recommending profit and service improvements

Identifying industry trends, market activities, intelligence and competitors.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s or associate’s Degree in a relevant field

Proven work experience as a Sales or similar role

Experience in the hospitality field is a plus

Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

Hands-on experience with POS transactions

Solid communication/interpersonal skills

Ability to perform independently under pressure

Ability to address complaints on time

Professional appearance

Friendly and energetic personality

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Fluency in English and Arabic is considered a significant advantage.

A valid driving license is required.
