Position: Electrical Draftsman

Requirements:

Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering/Drafting.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical drafting for building construction projects.

Experience in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings.

Familiarity with local authority and consultant submission requirements.

Experience in residential, commercial, and villa projects is preferred.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D).

Ability to prepare Lighting, Power, ELV, Fire Alarm, and Single Line Diagrams (SLD).

Knowledge of electrical load schedules and panel schedules.

Experience in preparing cable tray, conduit, and containment layouts.

Ability to coordinate with MEP disciplines and architectural drawings.

Knowledge of electrical symbols, standards, and specifications.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Revit MEP/BIM.

Knowledge of KNX, CENTRAL BATTERY SYSTEM, BMS, CCTV, Access Control, and Structured Cabling systems.

Experience in preparing authority submission drawings and as-built documentation.
