Job Opportunity Sales Manager – Plastic Drums Division ( Eastern Region)
A leading manufacturer of industrial plastic packaging solutions is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the Plastic Drums Division and drive sustainable business growth across local and regional markets.

Sales Manager – Plastic Drums Division
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market growth objectives.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across industries including food manufacturing, chemicals, lubricants, oils, water treatment, and other industrial sectors.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and commercial terms to maximize profitability.
* Collaborate closely with production, operations, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely product delivery.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
* Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews for senior management.
* Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
* Provide market insights and recommendations to support product development and business expansion initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of proven sales management experience, preferably within the plastics, packaging, manufacturing, or industrial products sectors.
* Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
* Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
* Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.
