Position: HR Officer
Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
– Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
– Maintain employee records and HR documentation
– Support payroll and attendance management
– Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
– Assist in employee relations and performance management
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– 3+ years of HR experience preferred
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Proficiency in MS Office applications
– Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
