Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should be currently residing in Bahrain, available for immediate joining, and possess strong sales, customer relationship, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.

Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.

Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.

Requirements

Must be currently available in Bahrain.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, Business Development Executive, or similar role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

2–5 years of sales experience in Bahrain or GCC markets.

Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer networks.

Experience with CRM software is a plus.
