Salary package: 6000 – 13000 SAR total package

Minimum Experience:

5-10 years of professional experience in radiation safety, health physics, or industrial radiography

Proven track record in radiation protection programs and regulatory compliance

Technical Experience Required:

Experience with industrial radiography operations (gamma and X-ray sources)

Knowledge of radiation detection and monitoring equipment

Familiarity with radiation source handling, storage, and transportation

Experience conducting radiation safety audits and inspections

Training and supervising radiation workers

Regulatory & Compliance:

Experience working with Saudi Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Commission (NRRC) regulations

Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES) related to NDT and radiation safety

Familiarity with IAEA safety standards and international best practices

Experience maintaining regulatory licenses and permits

Saudi Aramco-Specific Requirements:

Previous experience working on Aramco projects or facilities (highly preferred)

Familiarity with Aramco’s safety management systems and procedures

Experience with Aramco’s contractor approval processes

Educational& certification Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Nuclear Engineering, Health Physics, or related field

Certified Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) certification

Valid license from NRRC (Saudi Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Commission)

Valid retrieval & maintenance certificates from QSA global.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Aramco-approved vendor certification

Saudi Candidate.
