Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated Auditor with a minimum of 2 years’ regional audit experience to perform statutory and internal audit assignments, risk assessments, and financial statement testing for clients across sectors. The role involves hands-on fieldwork, documentation, client communication, and contribution to audit planning and improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
– Conduct statutory and internal audit procedures in accordance with IFRS, ISAs and firm methodology
– Plan and execute audit engagements: risk assessment, testing, sampling, and documentation
– Prepare clear audit working papers and draft audit reports
– Identify control weaknesses and recommend practical improvements
– Liaise with clients to obtain information and resolve queries
– Support seniors/managers in managing engagement timelines and quality
– Assist with special reviews, internal control assessments and advisory projects as required
Required Qualifications & Experience
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
– Minimum 2 years’ regional audit experience (Bahrain/GCC preferred) with an accounting/audit firm
– Professional qualification in progress or completed (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIA) preferred
– Strong knowledge of IFRS and International Standards on Auditing (ISAs)

Skills & Competencies
– Excellent technical audit and accounting skills
– Good analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail
– Strong written and verbal communication skills (English; Arabic is an advantage)
– Proficient with MS Office; experience with audit software a plus
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team; client-focused and professional
– Willingness to travel regionally as required
