Job Purpose
Responsible for accurately entering, updating and maintaining data in ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Enter data from source documents into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update the databases regularly.
• Review data for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with departments to collect required data.
• Verify data for errors and correct/report any inconsistencies.
• Generate reports as required.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 preferred).
• Fast typing speed with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to details.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
