Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician who is currently residing in Bahrain and available for immediate joining. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning and HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning, ventilation, and HVAC systems.

Diagnose faults and perform corrective maintenance on split units, package units, VRF/VRV systems, and central air conditioning systems.

Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.

Check refrigerant levels, compressors, condensers, evaporators, thermostats, and electrical components.

Perform leak detection, refrigerant charging, and system testing.

Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company procedures.

Maintain service records and report maintenance activities to supervisors.

Requirements

Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an AC Technician or HVAC Technician.

Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, refrigeration principles, and HVAC equipment.

Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in AC systems.

Familiarity with HVAC tools, testing equipment, and maintenance procedures.

Knowledge of refrigerant handling and safety practices.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be currently residing in Bahrain.

Available for immediate joining.

Preferred Qualifications

ITI, Diploma, Trade Certificate, or vocational qualification in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical, or related field.

HVAC certification or equivalent technical training.

Experience in facilities management, commercial buildings, hotels, malls, hospitals, or industrial facilities
