About the role

We’re a media and content company running Bahrain’s leading city brand — the destination audiences turn to for what to eat, do, and experience across the Kingdom. We’re looking for a Media Sales Executive to grow advertising and branded-content revenue by building relationships with local businesses, agencies, and institutions, and matching them to the right campaigns across our social and digital platforms.

This is a relationship-driven, target-carrying role. You’ll own your pipeline end to end: prospecting, pitching, closing, and growing accounts.

What you’ll do

Identify and pursue new advertising clients across F&B, retail, hospitality, real estate, financial services, and government/semi-government sectors.

Build and manage a sales pipeline, from cold outreach through to signed contracts and renewals.

Develop tailored proposals and pricing, and present them confidently to decision-makers.

Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report on pipeline, forecasts, and closed deals.

Work with the content team to ensure campaigns are deliverable and clients are happy enough to renew.

Stay close to the local market — understand competitor offerings, seasonal demand (Ramadan, summer, National Day), and what brands in Bahrain actually want.

What we’re looking for

2+ years in media, advertising, or B2B sales — experience selling to brands or agencies in the GCC is a strong plus.

A proven track record of meeting revenue targets.

Strong understanding of social media and digital advertising as a commercial product.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable presenting to senior decision-makers.

Self-starter who can manage their own pipeline with minimal oversight.

Fluent English; Arabic is a significant advantage given the local client base.

Existing network of business contacts in Bahrain is highly desirable.

Valid Bahrain driving licence and willingness to meet clients in person.
