A reputable company in Manama, Bahrain is looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor to manage and lead a team in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations.

Job Description:

The MEP Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure quality standards, and manage minor renovation projects with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include troubleshooting MEP issues, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting Civil, Electrical, and Plumbing activities. addressing concerns and providing guidance.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of MEP staff and coordinate daily tasks

Estimate, guide, and supervise Projects and maintenance works

Troubleshoot and resolve MEP issues efficiently

Perform monthly preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems

Support Civil, Electrical, and Plumbing activities as needed

Communicate with clients professionally, answering questions and providing advice

Daily reporting to management,

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance

Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Valid Bahrain or GCC driving license

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
