At Nice Garden, we are looking for a Field Supervisor to manage our landscaping operations.

🔹 Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage workers on-site
* Ensure quality of landscaping & maintenance work
* Organize daily tasks and team schedule
* Communicate with clients when needed
* Report daily progress

🔹 Requirements:
* Experience in landscaping or maintenance
* Strong leadership and responsibility
* Ability to manage a team
* Basic English communication
* Driving license is a plus
