• Bachelor’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 12 years of civil and structural engineering experience in industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in reviewing earthworks, foundations, and structural design deliverables.
• Strong knowledge of international civil and structural standards and Saudi statutory requirements.
• Familiarity with Maaden Engineering Standards.
• Experience in constructability assessments and interface coordination with other disciplines.
• Strong technical judgment, reporting, and communication skills.
